TERMS & CONDITIONS

CANCELLATION POLICIES

Marlboro Studio School is committed to providing the best possible experience to our students, a mission that requires a significant amount of planning per session. We understand that life sometimes has other plans for us and are willing to accept cancellations with a $50 cancellation fee. This fee offsets the amount of work required to rearrange a session due to cancellation.

All cancellations must be made in writing by email. If a cancellation is received 15 days before your session begins, you are eligible for a refund on the cost of tuition, room, and board, less the $50 cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued less than 15 days prior to the beginning of each session. However, if you test positive for COVID-19 within the week prior to your class, please contact Marlboro Studio School.

WORKSHOP CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of a necessary workshop or class cancellation, students will be notified and offered another class (if available) or a full refund of tuition, room and board. In the event of cancellation, Marlboro Studio School will not be held responsible for refunding personal travel expenses, including but not limited to airfare, car rental, etc.

TRANSFER POLICY

If you would like to transfer into a different Marlboro Studio School class or workshop, you must make a transfer request at least 15 days prior to the start of your class. A nonrefundable $25 transfer fee will be charged for each workshop transfer. Enrollment cannot be transferred from one student to another.
